Executives are being moved around at mortgage service providers, including at several default management firms. An appraisal management firm has hired a former mortgage insurance executive.
Griff Straw was named president of Solidifi U.S. Inc., an Oct. 8 statement said. Before his new job at the Chicago-based appraisal management provider, Straw worked with United Guaranty and Freddie Mac.
Former Bank of America managing director George Schwartz was named division president of default services at ServiceLink, according to an Oct. 8 news release. Schwartz was part of the Countrywide operations at BoA. Default service provider DepotPoint Inc. announced on Oct. 8 that it hired former Harland Financial Solutions executive Joe Filoseta as its new senior vice president, business development and strategy. William Mueller was appointed chief executive officer of iServe Real Estate Operations Inc., parent National Asset Direct said earlier this month. Mueller’s last job was at National Default Servicing. Steve Bosack was hired for a second time by the National Credit Union Administration — this time as chief of staff for NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz. Prommis Solutions LLC announced Monday the addition of former Citigroup sales manager Dyan Nill as sales manager for its business development team. Her new responsibilities include tactical sales planning as well as sales staff recruiting, training and development. She’ll also handle design and implementation of sales campaigns and new products and services.

Eric Sencer was hired as senior vice president of business development for default management provider Sterling Technology Solutions LLC, an Oct. 8 announcement indicated. He’ll oversee the Orlando, Fla.-based firm’s flagship product, ToughPoint. |
