A job fair is being held this week in Texas to fill hundreds of open positions in mortgage servicing.
The job openings include manager, foreclosure services; manager, loss mitigation support services; and team lead. Other staffers being recruited are foreclosure specialists, lost mitigation quality assurance and loss mitigation specialists.
The recruiting is being done by Stewart Lender Services.
The company hosted a job fair at its Houston headquarters today.
In all, Stewart hopes to recruit 500 associates by spring, spokeswoman Jennie Craig explained in a statement.
“The staff expansion is being driven by company growth in call center services, home retention services, loan servicing, loan processing services and REO,” Craig stated.
