Among the latest shuffling among mortgage executives is the appointment of three third-party origination managers, a chief financial officer and a pair of directors. A California financial institution has hired a mortgage chief to grow that business.

Carol J. Galante has joined the board of directors at Ocwen Financial Corp., a Feb. 19 statement said. Her term as a director begins a day after Ocwen files its annual Form 10-K for 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Galante previously served as Federal Housing Commissioner in the Obama administration and currently serves as the I. Donald Terner Distinguished Professor in Affordable Housing and Urban Policy at University of California Berkeley.

A month earlier,

Both Galante and Busquet are independent directors at the Atlanta-based firm.
