Tech Officers Among Mortgage Executive Moves

Joseph Nattans Jr. was appointed president of GMH Mortgage Services LLC, according to a June 6 news release. He was promoted from senior vice president of national retail sales.

Nattans, who
originally joined the Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based mortgage banker in back in 2010, previously spent time National City Mortgage, among other companies.

Nattans takes over as president from Joseph Macchione, who had been president and chief executive officer since 2012.

Macchione will remain active with the leadership of the company as a senior member of the GMH Mortgage Services Board.

United Shore Financial Services LLC-subsidiary United Wholesale Mortgage issued a May 31 press release indicating that Jason Bressler has been named chief technology officer.

Bressler, who reportedly sits on Ellie Mae Inc.’s CIO advisory board, spent 14 years at Guaranteed Rate — most recently as director of information technology.

The new chief information officer at
Union Home Mortgage Corp. is Mark Langhans, the Strongsville, Ohio-based company announced earlier this month.

Langhans spent the last 15 years in information technology at Progressive Insurance.

Sierra Pacific Mortgage reported last month that Anna Beltran was promoted to eastern divisional retail sale manager.

Beltran, who originally joined the Folsom, California-based company in April 2012, has more than two decades’ experience in the mortgage business.

Beltran will
oversee growth opportunities and expansion of the retail branch network along the East Coast, Mid Atlantic and Southeast.

In Richardson, Texas, Service First Home Loans hired Chuck Barnes as its new regional sale manager, a June 9 statement said. Barnes is leading a Florida expansion for Service First.
