The new national mortgage banking sales manager at BBVA Compass is Jens Lovell, a June 26 statement said. He’ll lead efforts to expand the bank’s mortgage banking sales force.
Before joining BBVA in 2007, Lovell worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, among other lenders, during his 22-year career.
On June 10, Stonegate Mortgage Corp. announced that Lisa Rogers was appointed to executive vice president – third party origination. She’ll oversee the wholesale and correspondent channels.
During Rogers’ two decades in mortgage lending, she led the national wholesale operations at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She joined Stonegate as a part of its acquisition last year of Nationstar Mortgage LLC’s wholesale operation.
Fay Servicing announced today that Glenn Brooks was promoted to senior vice president of the Chicago-based company’s new REO division. Brooks will provide strategic direction for the new unit and manage relationships with attorneys, agents and vendors.
Prior to joining Fay in March, Brooks’ more than 20 years in the business included jobs at Accredited Home Lenders and Quantum Servicing.
Keith Frachiseur was named regional vice president for the pacific northwest territory by Envoy Mortgage, a news release Monday said. Frachiseur will lead an expansion in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
In addition to holding the role of commissioner of the Washington State Mortgage Brokerage Commission two decades ago, Frachiseur’s 25 years in senior management roles included time at Axia Home Loans, Evergreen Home Loans and Home 123 Mortgage, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In Lakewood, Colo., 1st Reverse Mortgage USA appointed Eric Colburn corporate business development manager, a news release earlier this month stated. Colburn spent seven years at ReverseVision.
The position of northwest regional manager, third-party originations, at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. was handed to Bryan Cross, a June 10 news release said. Cross’ 14 years in real estate finance included stints at Stearns Lending, Freedom Mortgage and First National Bank of Arizona.
