Among several recent hires at home-lending organizations are two executives with more than two decades in the mortgage business and two more with more than three decades’ experience.
In Ann Arbor, Michigan, Chad Patton has been hired as executive managing director-chief strategy officer at Home Point Financial Corp., a news release on Tuesday stated.
Patton has spent two decades in the business, with Nationstar Mortgage LLC being his most-recent employer. His new role will involve capital planning, business intelligence and strategic initiatives.
Also on Tuesday, Embrace Home Loans disclosed that Patrick Mullen has been recruited as director of recruiting. He’ll develop a recruiting strategy for the Middletown, Rhode Island-based company’s sales organization.
During his 33 years in the business, Mullen has hung his hat at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and The PNC Financial Services Group Inc., among other firms.
The new executive vice president of
retail lending at Paramount Partners Group is Nino Saso, the Roseville, California-based company announced Tuesday.
Saso’s 28 years in the business most recently included nearly more than seven years at Prospect Mortgage LLC and previously included four years at GMAC Mortgage.
Rick Bargioni has been hired by Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company Inc. as vice president of national operations, a July 6 statement said. He’ll be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of all origination channels.
During his 35 years in the mortgage industry, Bargioni has called Bank of America Corp., Finance of America Holdings LLC and Wells Fargo his employers.
