Several executives recently appointed at home-lending firms are mid-level managers who oversee various origination channels at a number of different locations.
On Tuesday, Castle & Cooke Mortgage LLC reported that it brought on Glenn Hodge as a regional manager
to oversee an expansion in the Midwest and East.
Hodge’s three decades in the mortgage business include time at
Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., Washington Mutual Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
The new director of builder lending at Calabasas, California-based Skyline Home Loans is John Parsons, a Sept. 28 statement said. He’ll focus on helping the Pacific northwest and Texas divisions launch their construction loan departments.
Parsons has
been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. During that period he worked for Bank of America Corp.-Countrywide Home Loans, First Horizon Home Loans and PrimeLending.
Gateway Mortgage Group announced on Sept. 27 that Pete Tamoney was hired as a new regional sales manager in the correspondent division for the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Midwest.
Tamoney’s more than 13 years’ experience included time at BofA and Stearns Lending LLC.
In Irving, Texas,
Pacific Union Financial LLC said last month that Mike Vausbinder was hired as the new senior vice president of distributed retail for the western division.
Prior employers for Vausbinder
include Aegis Mortgage, Fleet Mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
A restructuring of Eustis Mortgage
has resulted in the appointment of several executives, including Debra Dye as senior vice president of operations, Lisa Ledet as compliance officer and Michael Cusimano as chief information officer.
In addition, other
appointments within the Eustis Family of Companies include Stephen Barton as vice president of production at Verity Mortgage, Bryan Marr as vice president of operations at Verity Mortgage, Shane Campbell as regional vice president at Finance Home America and Brad Parlin as regional vice president at Finance Home America.
