Hundreds of open positions in the Grand Canyon state at Quicken Loans Inc. are expected to be filled relatively quickly.
The Detroit-based lender has expanded its office space at a Scottsdale, Arizona, facility — with an additional floor being leased.
With the additional square footage now available, Quicken has room to grow its staff at the Scottsdale location.
And that’s just what it’s doing.
A statement from Quicken Loans Public Relations Manager Chris Smith indicates that 250 positions are open at the facility.
The jobs are
in mortgage banking and mortgage operations.
“We’re looking to fill the positions as soon as possible,” Smith said in the statement.
In April, Quicken disclosed plans to recruit a thousand employees in Detroit.
Quicken previously reported a national staff of 12,000 people as of March 31.
