Just a few weeks after announcing a recruiting campaign for Florida employees, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors LLC is looking to grow its staff in North Texas.
The Dallas-based distressed mortgage servicer announced earlier this month that it was hosting a career fair in Melbourne, Fla.
As many as 250 employee prospects were expected to be interviewed for positions in collections, bankruptcy and loss mitigation as well as in loan modifications, foreclosures and default escalations.
On Thursday, Wingspan announced a job fair planned for Dallas.
The event will take place on July 31 at its office from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The openings are for 100 contract underwriters who will work in Fort Worth.
Qualified candidates must have at least two years’ experience in loss mitigation underwriting. Applicants with Federal Housing Administration experience are preferred, and conventional underwriting experience is considered “a plus.”

Headcount at Wingspan was reported at 2,000 as of this month.
