Developers of loan originations systems have recently been busy integrating the offerings of other mortgage service providers into their systems. Several LOS upgrades have been announced.
Ellie Mae Inc. unveiled this month
Encompass Developer Connect — a portal into the Encompass lending platform. It provides developers with documentation and tools supporting application programing interfaces.
The API enables developers
to extend Encompass to add new functions, easily integrate Encompass with external systems and data and build and deploy custom applications in the cloud.
A host of integrations were recently announced with the Encompass mortgage management solution from Ellie Mae Inc. — which last week concluded its annual user conference in Las Vegas.
Among the Encompass integrations were Simplifile’s collaboration and post-closing service;
Indecomm’s
IncomeGenius for Income Calculation and Analysis; Plaid’s asset verification capabilities; CoreLogic Inc.’s Property Tax Estimator;
Pleasanton, California-based Ellie, a Mortgage Daily advertiser, also announced integrations with
Arch MI, MGIC and Radian on March 6.
In addition, Velocify announced on March 7 that more than 125 mortgage lenders have taken advantage of the integration of its lead management service with Encompass.
A fee service suite implemented by Black Knight Financial Services on its LoanSphere Exchange promises to automatically deliver fee quotes from all 50 states that are more up-to-date than internally maintained fee tables, a Feb. 23 statement said. The suite also include a tax solution that instantly delivers estimated property taxes using sophisticated estimation methods.
Jacksonville, Florida-based Black Knight reports that its
data exchange that connects more than 25,000 of the mortgage industry’s service providers.
Comparity LLC’s home insurance platform has been integrated directly into LendingQB’s LOS, a statement Thursday said. Other recent LendingQB integration’s include Comparity LLC’s home insurance platform; Premium Title’s title and escrow services; and Accurate Group’s appraisal, title and compliance products and services.
A March 7 news release indicated that MiMutual Mortgage implemented LendingQB’s LOS.
The NetOxygen LOS
was directly integrated with government-sponsored enterprise tools to ensure full compliance with the Uniform Closing Dataset, Wipro Gallagher Solutions reported last month.
