In addition to a host of integrations between various mortgage service providers and loan origination systems, major enhancements have been made to a major LOS.
On Oct. 17, Ellie Mae Inc. announced its
Encompass 16.3 includes enhancements for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac solutions and new Total Quality Loan service ordering options.
Also included in the latest major Encompass release are
additions to secondary marketing and significant enhancements to the Encompass product-and-pricing engine.
Ellie, a Mortgage Daily advertiser, said it will be offering major enhancements to the Encompass Product & Pricing Service later this fall that will expand lenders’ ability to manage their own custom programs and well as a new dashboard.
A subsequent statement from Ellie indicated that several new enhancements to Encompass
automate the loan origination process and support Fannie’s Day 1 Certainty.
Ellie reported on Oct. 24 that its new
Encompass Lending Platform “gives customers, partners and independent software vendors a secure, scalable platform plus a suite of Application Program Interfaces and developer resources to enable them to extend Encompass with new functionality, easily integrate Encompass with external systems and data, and build custom applications in the cloud.”
Another Oct. 24 statement said the
launch of Encompass TPO Connect will optimize lender’s wholesale and investor’s correspondent channels through the Encompass Lending Platform.
A news release Tuesday indicated that ValuAmerica’s services have been integrated into Pleasanton, California-based Ellie’s Encompass.
Last month, Encompass integrations announced included
First American Mortgage Solutions LLC’s FraudGuard.
Ellie says it has approximately 193,000 contracted users of Encompass.
A statement last month from LendingQB said it is launching a complete revamp of its branding and website. The move is part of a strategic initiative to focus on “adoptimization,” a process that helps lenders streamline processes and improve lending practices by optimizing.
Dart Appraisal announced on Oct. 6 that its services have been integrated into CalyxSoftware’s Point/PointCentral systems.
ServiceLink has integrated its flood determination services into the RV Exchange LOS, ReverseVision announced on Oct. 25. ReverseVision says RVX serves as a centralized exchange, connecting all participants in the life cycle of a reverse mortgage by allowing them to log in to a single system.
