Several providers of loan origination systems for residential lenders have recently enhanced their offerings though integrations with other mortgage service providers.
The release of Encompass 15.2 provides users with access to integrated investor guidelines from AllRegs and overnight rate protection, Ellie Mae Inc. said Monday.
In addition, the latest version includes enhancements to help users meet updated requirements for quarterly mortgage call reports for the
Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry.
The FirstClose Report has integrated into Encompass, a news release earlier this month said. FirstClose reportedly is an instantaneous bundled report that provides credit, flood, valuation, title and tax status.
Pleasanton, California-based Ellie — a Mortgage Daily advertiser — said last month that Freddie Mac’s Loan Advisor Suite has been integrated into Encompass. Loan Advisor Suite, a set of integrated software applications being developed to give lenders insight into representation-and-warranty relief earlier in the loan production process, will become available in 2016.
Other services to recently be integrated into Encompass are CoesterVMS, an appraisal management company;
Pro Teck Valuation Services, a provider of valuation solutions; and Essent Guaranty Inc., a mortgage insurer.
Among lenders to recently implement Encompass are Opes Advisors and Metro Credit Union.
A partnership announced on Dec. 1 between the OpenClose LOS and Lending & Banking Automation Software promises to automate the entire commission process and bonus payroll calculations for OpenClose users.
An announcement last week indicated that Mortech’s product-and-pricing engine has been integrated into the CalyxSoftware Point LOS.
In addition, SecondaryWire Inc.’s wholesale execution platform was recently integrated into Point.
Dallas-based Calyx said last week that product-and-pricing sheets for Mid America programs can now be accessed through Point. Access is available whether or not loans have been registered with MidAmerica.
An application-service-provider version of the LendingSpace correspondent lending LOS is now available, Black Knight Financial Services Inc. reported this month. Around 30,000 purchase loans are reportedly processed through the system on a monthly basis.
Recently signing to use LendingSpace was PennyMac Loan Services LLC.
Black Knight announced last month that its
LoanSphere Closing Insight automated closing process service was integrated into its Empower. The Empower LOS is designed for retail and wholesale originations.
Jacksonville, Florida-based Black Knight indicated in October that it was enhancing Empower to support home-equity loans and home-equity lines of credit.
ClosingCorp.’s Loan Estimate module was recently made available through Empower, while
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services said its Expere
integrated document solution is being made available through Empower.
Radian Guaranty Inc. recently reported that its mortgage insurance services have been integrated into Empower and into the LendingQB LOS.
Also integrated into LendingQB was Dart Appraisal, an AMC; Indecomm Global Services’ Kaizen, a audit technology service; and IDS, a documentation preparation solution.
Optimal Blue’s product-and-pricing technology has been integrated into PCLender, a recent press release indicated.
BBVA recently began utilizing the Mortgage Cadence system, Accenture announced.
