Bids are being accepted for mortgage servicing rights on a small portfolio of agency residential loans — but only for a few more days.
The offering is for MSRs on $736 million in mortgages owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
Around 2,216 units are included in the portfolio, and 89 percent of the
loans are secured by properties located in California.
MountainView Servicing Group, which is acting as an advisor in the transaction, announced the offering on Monday.
All of the loans are first liens, and 99 percent are fixed-rate.
On a weighted-average basis, the original FICO score is 762, the original loan-to-value is 66 percent
and the interest rate is 3.94 percent.
The portfolio has “low delinquencies.”
The seller is providing
full representations and warranties.
Bids are being accepted until Feb. 12, and the seller wants the sale date to be no later than March 31.
