A number of offerings from various mortgage service providers have recently been integrated into multiple product-and-pricing engines. One lender is making its proprietary PPE available directly to consumers.
Garden State Home Loans Inc. has made its internal pricing engine available to prospective borrowers, an Aug. 17 announcement indicated.
Users of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based company’s PPE can confidentially shop Garden State’s mortgage rates without having to worry about
phone calls and emails as a result of their inquiries.
“We don’t want to be grouped in with relentless mortgage lenders or brokers that take your information, sell it, or call you ten times every day,” Garden State Home Loans Chief Executive Officer Justin DeJoseph said in the statement.
During the first half of this year, Optimal Blue LLC reports that it increased its new client roster by 21 percent over the prior six-month period. The new activity represented record customer adoption and growth.
Helping Plano, Texas, Optimal Blue achieve growth were numerous enhancements to its end-to-end technology platform
and the launch of significant capabilities that bring together mortgage technology systems through sophisticated integration.
Optimal Blue reported in June that WebMax’s enterprise-level solutions have been integrated into its platform. The statement said WebMax’s solutions incorporate website design, custom development and third-party system integration — maximizing lead generation and conversion, expediting the loan origination process and enhancing referral partner relationships.
Also integrated into Optimal Blue was Velma.com’s
customer relationship management and marketing platforms, a June 16 statement said.
“By eliminating tedious and error-prone processes of manually including product and pricing content in marketing communications, the loan officer will be more productive and free of ‘cut-and-paste’ headaches,” the press release stated. “In addition, compliance officers are assured that compliant pricing is consistently quoted in the field, and that Velma’s industry-leading approval work-flows can be invoked if needed.”
LenderPrice’s PPE has been integrated with Ernst Publishing’s mortgage fee data service, a recent news release indicated. The alliance enables Ernst’s fee data to be accessible from within the Lender Price application program interface.
