Walla Walla, Washington, real estate appraiser John “Jack” Fredrickson earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Appraisal Institute during the operation’s annual meeting Wednesday in Dallas.
The award is presented to an Institute professional who demonstrates high ethics, years of service to the institute and local community, and contributions to the appraisal profession for at least 20 years, according to the announcement.
“Jack has played a key role in helping to shape the standards of quality and ethics of today’s appraisers,” Appraisal Institute President M. Lance Coyle said in a statement.
Fredrickson has been active in the Institute’s Columbia Basin Chapter, serving as president and currently chairing its Government Relations Committee.
